I have a user who cannot open her own calendar. When she does, Notes crashes, and runs the NSD. She is able to open other people’s calendar. Even so, I went ahead and deleted her workspace folder to rule out an eclipse problem. This didn’t resolve anything.
I can open her calendar from within my login in Notes. So this led me to look for corrupt documents in her Mail->All Documents view. I believe I have found a possible culprit, a yearly repeating entry that is visible in the All Documents view twice, and repeats for at least 6 years. If I attempt to delete the entry from the Mail->All Documents view, I get a warning that this may not remove it from the calendar, and that I should use the Calendar Cleanup method from Action->More menu, which is available in the calendar view. Seems to be a problem with that logic. What is the proper way to delete these documents if I can’t get into the calendar?
Thanks
Matt
